Come along with me. Darling, there's so much to do and so much to be. Expected to be without love but lost in it. A product of hollow hearts and empty embraces from the generation of cynics and skeptics. Liasons leave as we remain. Infatuation concise but intense. A paramount of pleasure perfect in this reckless collisions.
Darling, we could be so free.
We could be lovers lighting the dark. Hiding from dangers found and monsters lurking around. Without morals, without judgement, without care. We could be so happy. In a perfect moment without a tomorrow. Alone together without a goodbye. Be one without another.
Darling, won't you love me?

A Valentine's Day-inspired shoot without being too romantic. Because ew, romance.
My cousin, Aisyah Zafirah is a budding freelance photographer. She called me up in the morning, suggesting we do a shoot in Brunei's sole amusement park, Jerudong Park. I happily agreed. Knowing there would be bright lights against the night sky, the outfit needed to be simple and sweet. And to fit the Valentine's Day mood.
My mother just finished the Soft Pink A-Line Skirt, a few hours prior and insisted I wear it. As a loving daughter, it was an obligation. The rest of the outfit was made to bring focus on the skirt. I paired it with a Basic White Shirt and White Shawl, which I find myself wearing often now. Prada Wedges because heels in an outfit post is a necessity. And an old Black Belt added to break up the light colours.
Almost desolate and lonesome that night, since there was crowded fair held in the other part of town. It was just Aisyah and me, talking as we captured these delights. The serene atmosphere made the photos amorous with just a sole subject, instead of a couple. Almost makes me wish there was another by my side. Almost.
Thank you so much, Aisyah for inviting me for a shoot. It was wonderful. Visit her instagram, @aisyahcaptures to see more photos from her other works! You can also check out her blog here!
